FREDERICA: Fitness Center

The much anticipated Fitness Center is scheduled for completion this summer and will offer 24-hour access for Members. The Director of Fitness Randy Myers is developing introductory fitness programs and schedules, which will be available at  www.fredericamembers.com soon. Randy specializes in golf fitness and is on the Advisory Board for the Titleist Performance Institute, currently working with Davis Love III.
