The practice facilities at Frederica are designed to build your confidence and deepen your understanding of the game. The 35-acre practice facility includes a short game/wedge area, three putting greens, two chipping greens, a double-sided wedge range and seven driving areas that wrap around the range in order to offer practice in various wind conditions. Every aspect has been designed to simulate real and varied course conditions. The practice range is lined with live oak trees, so players can work on shaping their shots. Practice bunkers include high and low lipped conditions, undulations on the putting greens mimic those on the course, rolls and knolls allow practice on every kind of lie and the turf is carefully kept at fairway height.
