In the development of Frederica, it has always been the vision to create a private, intimate Georgia coastal residential community that respects and preserves the beauty of the natural environment while providing an opportunity for generations of families to enjoy an unparalleled experience.

Originally developed by Sea Island Company and the Jones family, Wayne and Marti Huizenga embraced a unique opportunity to become part of Frederica’s history in December 2010 – and purchased the private gated community. “It is one of a kind, absolutely fabulous.
